See! Not all home maintenance feels like a chore! We love our big hickory trees, but boy do they drop a lot of leaves. Nova is obviously doing her part while we clean up the yard. There are at least 3 tennis balls in our leaf pile now, but it's a gorgeous day to be outside.

So excited for this ADORABLE family to have a new home! Congrats to all the new memories you'll be making, you've earned it!

Nicole walked into this home, having been referred by family to go check out one of Stark's listings. She was already falling in love with the home, but needed help getting through the process. I referred her over to a trusty local lender and we were able to get a preapproval set up to submit the offer before the open houses that first weekend. We got an accepted offer with an inspection at list price (woot woot!) and despite it being a 75+ year old home, it came back clean enough that we were able to move forward to closing. My favorite moment from this deal was getting to meet the whole fam when we did the final walkthrough. I'm so excited for the new homeowner and all the memories the kids will make growing up in that house!

Congrats to the other Stark agent on the listing side, too! Your sellers will be excited to be moving onto their next home smoothly!
