Nearly 100 years apart! We held our Grand Opening of the Shop Lofts earlier this month and had the opportunity to re-create a picture including the twenty millionth Ford sold taken in ~1931. We are thankful for the opportunity to showcase this Historical reuse. Thank you John and Jack Olson and the team at Olson Auto for bringing out the replica Ford for us!

Three years in the making, we are excited to share that residents will begin calling The Shop Lofts home starting on Monday! We have one, two-bedroom home still available for lease, with photos from that unit shown below. We are hoping our residents like how the project turned out as much as we do!

We are excited to share some of the progress at our 211 S Water Street building in downtown Stoughton. The store fronts facing Water Street are beginning to be installed, windows are being replaced/refurbished, drywall is nearly complete, and the beautiful 2nd floor wood floors are finished!

The community’s response to the project has been amazing and we only have three remaining apartment homes: two studios on the 1st floor and a two bedroom on the 2nd. *HISTORIC PRESERVATION APPROVAL*

After two long years, we have officially received our historic preservation approval from the Wisconsin Historic Preservation Office and the National Parks Services. The requirements to achieve state and federal historic preservation approval are fairly rigorous, but we were determined to restore this historic building and cement its place in our downtown community.

Speaking of history, the below photos are renderings of our lofted unit, which occupies the two story space previously home to “the ramp”, which was used to drive model A cars up to the 2nd floor.
