Wednesday, March 25 at 1 pm, Holly Kouvo of Fitting Fitness In® will present “Aging is an Adventure: Staying Fit, Independent, and Energized.” Holly, is a Functional Aging Specialist and one of the first certified Brain Health Trainers in the US.
