Congratulations, Dan, on your new home!

One word: IDEAL. I cannot recommend Joie enough. Her knowledge and client-focused approach to her work is unmatched. I was selling and purchasing at the same time, and she kept the stress to a minimum. She was communicative, understanding, and always advocated for me and my needs. Joie even went above and beyond, conducting her own research and getting a better understanding when issues would arise that were outside of her purview. Anytime I mentioned the speedbumps during the selling/buying process to friends and family, they would ask “Are you stressed or overwhelmed?” and my answer was always “No. Because I have a Joie.” I cannot recommend her enough and I don’t think you’ll be in better hands. If I ever buy or sell again, I will 100% be seeking her out.
