What's the market like in Ohio? Well...inventory is sitting a little longer, which makes Pricing your home RIGHT the FIRST time is more important than ever!

Inventory is growing more slowly than last year. This means those that position their listing correctly are receiving multiple offers with more favorable terms. We still have to be cautious on inspections, as buyers aren't willing to give up everything during the transaction, however "first impressions" are gaining sellers great options when listing right now!
