It’s important to dream about your dream house, but do you understand what your budget can get you in today’s market?

1.) Talk to a lender. There are some great ones out there, & you will feel empowered as a buyer once you understand what you feel comfortable setting as your budget.

2.) Find a realtor who you enjoy meeting with, perhaps one that returns calls & is happy to hear from you 👌 Think if it as dating. You don’t have to commit right away, & you always have the chance to seek out a new realtor if it’s just not working out. We work for you!

3.) Then start looking at homes to understand what homes at different price points entail. This might be a reality check, but I’m right there with you - and it’s really about arming yourself with as much info as possible, so when the right one comes along you feel confident to move fast and put your best offer on the table.

I just went for a hike today in Fayston. Love this area, love this home.
