What does a neighborhood owe its future? In Greenwich, a proposal would replace 66 apartments with 176, including affordable housing, while bringing more height and density than current zoning allows.
More homes could mean more opportunity to live there.
But growth also asks existing residents to accept change.
Maybe the real debate isn’t whether Greenwich needs housing.
It’s what we’re willing to change to create it.
