I have just received approval from the state of CT for a course entitled "Representing Buyers of Distressed Properties". Taught by the ever-popular Attorney Gary Seymour, this is, in my opinion, a "must take" course for all agents who are active in our local market. Look for emails on the scheduling of this course. ... Of course, this will satisfy 3 hours of elective credit for your 2012 renewal cycle.
