What a bittersweet day it is as we close on the last home at Silvergrass Place! From accepting the first contract back in March 2021 to putting this final home under contract in November 2023, it’s been an incredible journey. The Chinburg Development team—Dale, Sawyer, and Caylyn—have truly outdone themselves in bringing this beautiful neighborhood to life.
Spending almost every weekend in the neighborhood allowed me to get to know all the wonderful new homeowners, many of whom have become dear friends. Living close by, I would drive through every day to check on the progress, capturing photos of homes under construction to share with buyers who were eagerly waiting from afar.
As I embark on my next project, this one will always hold a special place in my heart. The memories and friendships made here are truly priceless.
