The older I get, the more I’m convinced that peace and quiet might be the ultimate flex.

05/23/2026

It always starts the same way…

“We’re just casually looking at homes in New Hampshire.”

Then a few months later you’re:
✔️ Watching sunsets by the lake after work
✔️ Letting the kids ride bikes in the neighborhood until dark
✔️ Hosting summer nights around a firepit
✔️ Trading traffic and noise for privacy, space, and slower mornings
✔️ Wondering why you didn’t make the move sooner

And honestly… I get it.

So many people moving from Massachusetts are looking for more than just a house, they want a lifestyle upgrade.

More land.
More peace.
Luxury homes with room to breathe.
Top-tier new construction communities.
Coastal weekends, lake days, mountain escapes, and still being close enough to Boston when needed.

That balance is exactly why so many people are making the move to Seacoast NH and the Lakes Region lately 🤍

Whether it’s a custom home near the water, acreage with privacy, or a neighborhood built for family living, New Hampshire just hits different.

Thinking about relocating?

Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send over my luxury relocation guide for Seacoast NH + the Lakes Region.

This week has been a whirlwind… but in the best way 🤍

Two offers written, multiple showings, and a closing today.

All while my husband is working crazy hours, juggling sports, volunteering at the school, and somehow still trying to get our own house ready to hit the market.

I truly couldn’t do any of this without my village, so grateful for my mom and my sister stepping in to help with the kids when things get hectic.

And to my clients… thank you for trusting me to guide you through such big decisions. It never goes unnoticed, and it means everything to me.

Busy, a little chaotic, but so, so thankful ✨

April in the Seacoast & Lakes Region, NH is something special… even if we’re still wearing jackets.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my free Seacoast & Lakes Region spring local guide.

This spring has been full. Market Square events in Portsmouth. Coffee walks along the Marginal Way in Ogunquit. Crisp afternoons by Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford and Meredith—where it looks like summer but definitely still feels like April.

There is so much happening across the Seacoast and Lakes Region right now. From spring markets and local events in Portsmouth and Dover to getting back outside on trails near Gunstock and Mount Major (just maybe with a sweatshirt). Spring here might take its time, but it still doesn’t disappoint.

On the real estate side, activity is picking up quickly. Inventory is still tight, but buyers are getting serious and trying to get ahead of the summer rush. If you’ve been thinking about buying, selling, or relocating to the Seacoast or Lakes Region, now is a great time to start the conversation.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my Seacoast & Lakes Region spring local guide: everything worth doing this season, yes, even in a jacket.

Not everything that fills your cup has to be big.

Sometimes it’s dirt under your nails 🌱
Sitting outside for a few minutes
Or cheering way too loud at a game

This season of life has been about slowing down and noticing the little things more.

And honestly… that’s been enough 🤍

What’s been filling your cup lately?

You already know.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you my free Lakes Region relocation guide.

You’ve looked up the towns. You’ve searched the lake maps. You’ve pulled up Zillow late at night more times than you’d like to admit. You’ve talked about it. You’ve thought about it. And every time you visit the Lakes Region, it gets a little harder to leave.

That feeling is information.

People relocating to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire are often surprised by how quickly it starts to feel like home. From Gilford to Meredith, Laconia to Alton, there’s a version of this lifestyle that already has your name on it.

There’s just something different here. Mornings on Lake Winnipesaukee. Evenings at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. Weekends spent hiking, boating, skiing, or just slowing down in a way that actually feels like living.

The Lakes Region market is moving. The people who made the leap a year ago are very glad they did.

Future you already knows.

Comment GUIDE and I’ll send you everything you need to make your move to the Lakes Region feel a lot less overwhelming.
