PCS Tip: If you have a dependent age 12 or older, you’re authorized an additional 25% for both lodging and meals (TLA) compared to younger children. It adds up, so make sure you’re getting the correct reimbursement.

This week has been a whirlwind… but in the best way 🤍

Two offers written, multiple showings, and a closing today.

All while my husband is working crazy hours, juggling sports, volunteering at the school, and somehow still trying to get our own house ready to hit the market.

I truly couldn’t do any of this without my village, so grateful for my mom and my sister stepping in to help with the kids when things get hectic.
