Today was a hot one for the Seacoast Board of REALTORS® Day of Caring! We had just about 50 REALTORS® and Affiliates volunteering throughout the NH Seacoast! I painted doors at the Newington ReStore. Other groups included a Habitat for Humanity build, beach clean-up, making bracelets for cancer patients and assisting a local cancer patient with yard work. Laura Pouliot joined the real estate industry after 17 years as a high school guidance counselor in NY and NH. She brings to the table an eye for detail, a work-ethic of steel and a genuine desire to guide and support people through the major life transition of buying or selling a home. Laura and her husband own and manage multiple investment properties in the area and have experience in investment purchase considerations.

Laura spent the majority of her life living and working in Westchester County, NY. Shortly after meeting her soon-to-be husband, a New Hampshire native, they married, started a family and eventually relocated to the Seacoast in 2006.

Laura’s previous career provided her with a superior level of insight about public education in The Granite State. She is now following her passion for helping people find the right place to call home, whether they are focused on education, community offerings or other area amenities.
