She moved into a successful sales career, first working in Boston in corporate contract furniture sales, then at Syracuse University at the Development Office while working on a MBA. Kathy uses patience and her strong listening skills to match a client’s needs and desires. She brings a positive, can do attitude to resolving challenges by using a collaborative approach honed through her extensive community service and sales experience. Raising her family in Exeter, Kathy is familiar with the seacoast area public schools, private schools and even was fortunate to be able to home school her own three children for 9 years. Married to Rob who has been affiliated with Exeter Hospital for the past 10 years and currently serves as their Facilities Architect. When Kathy isn't working on real estate and volunteering, you can find her walking her dogs in the Phillips Exeter Academy woods, or enjoying lake side at her condo on Pine River Pond. Her favorite volunteer gig happens in early December when she assists in the Exeter Holiday Parade and doubles as a Santa's elf at the end of the parade.
