How’s that new habit you’d like to start in 2021 going?

While there’s no secret shortcut, here are a few tips that have helped me stay focused:
⁣
01. Start small. There’s nothing like getting a few quick wins to boost your motivation.⁣
02. Consider stacking. Already have one habit on autopilot? Stack a new one right before or after it and ride the momentum.....so if you already do yoga daily, add drinking water before or after.⁣
03. Embrace imperfection. You’ll miss a day...that’s okay. ⁣
04. Tell a friend. It will help keep you accountable.⁣
05. Find a podcast. There’s a podcast for everything. Grab inspiration and coaching to stay focussed -- listen during your daily commute, while working out, or while walking the dog.⁣
06. Take a day off. Every.Single.Day can feel like a lot. If you skip a day, it’s okay.

As I look back, I have reached goals set for myself despite a lot of uncertainties this year.

Our team worked relentlessly closing over 55 homes and we exceeded our numbers from the year prior! I also reached personal goals for listing homes and most importantly was able to remain healthy.
