It’s officially a wrap! The ground-up construction of the new Manufacturing Facility located in Basom, New York is complete! This 235,000 SF project was a true design-build effort, bringing concept and construction together under one roof to deliver a premier, future-ready facility. From cutting-edge shop and storage spaces to modern offices and training areas, this build has it all.

The Geis team has been enjoying some great outings & activities in preparation for the summer! ☀️

From Happy Hour at The Garden of Eden Rooftop Bar to switching up lunch with Off the Grid-dle’s food truck favorites and a hilarious childhood photo challenge, it’s been a good start to the warm weather full of good food, laughs, and team bonding.

We traded the office for the WhirlyBall arena, and the results were... chaotic. We learned three very important things:
1.      Our steering skills need work.
2.      The pizza was the real MVP.
3.      Nothing brings a team together like legally rear-ending your coworkers.

Our jobsite out in Maryland is getting paved and starting to look sleek, while progress on the buildings themselves is coming along nicely! Great teamwork across the board to bring this project together!

The framing is well underway on our latest project, right here in Streetsboro, Ohio! Seeing the structural steel rise against the skyline is always a major milestone for the team.

We are thrilled to announce the completion of this new 45,000-square-foot office and truck service center! From the expansive service bays to the modern office suites and retail parts counter, every square foot of this facility was designed for maximum efficiency and growth.

This strategic expansion marks a major milestone as our client prepares to relocate their operations to Twinsburg, Ohio.

Construction is moving steadily toward a December 2026 move-in date and we look forward to sharing more “boots on the ground” updates as this structure continues to take shape.
