Earlier this month, Coldwell Banker generously donated school supplies to support Streetsboro students. After learning from our Chief Business Officer about additional needs in our district, their team stepped up once again, this time with a generous donation of book bags, lunch boxes, more school supplies, and hats and coats to help keep our students warm as the temperatures begin to drop.

We are incredibly grateful for community partners like Coldwell Banker who listen, respond, and find meaningful ways to support our students and families.

Thank you for coming through in such a big way for our Rockets!

What a wonderful Christmas holiday event! Our home/farm was honored to be on the 2018 James A Garfield Historical Christmas Walk! It was a lot of work, but fun!!! And, our wonderful historical society benefited! These homes for 2026 will be experienced by many to enjoy. These folks are lovingly sacrificing time, energy & emotion to allow friends, neighbors & strangers walk through their lovely homes! So, come out to enjoy the beauty & grace of our historic village as these homes are showcased in all their holiday splendor! Mark your calendars, and plan to be impressed. You just might gather some holiday decoration ideas & of course, enjoy the beauty of homes in our community! Stop by shop at charming local shops, have lunch or coffee with a friend(s)!

Come Enjoy More of what Nature has to offer here is Portage County - Nelson Ledges!

Most people driving through Portage County have no idea there's a maze of towering sandstone walls hidden just off the road at Nelson Ledges. 🌿 The rock formations here were carved out over thousands of years, leaving narrow passageways and quiet grottoes that feel more like something out of a national park out west than a state park in northeast Ohio.

The ledges stay noticeably cooler than the surrounding woods, even in the middle of summer, because the deep crevices trap cold air along the trail. Moss and ferns cling to the rock in places sunlight barely reaches, and the quiet is different from most Ohio hiking trails, more enclosed and echoing.

It's the kind of park that mostly gets passed along by word of mouth rather than showing up on every best of Ohio list, which is part of why it still feels like a discovery the first time you walk through it.

Our Streetsboro Ohio Coldwell Banker Schmidt office won an internal company contest and we were able to go shopping for our local school for supplies and many needed items for local needy children on the COMPANY credit card!!! Wahoo!!! Generosity Abounds! Our Incredibly Generous Agents give back to our respective communities in so many ways that we don’t show or boast about - BUT! This one!….we just had to share.
Thank you, Jason Rice & Robyn Walker for taking our office to lunch and bringing the company card for us to help out our community in a BIG way!!!
