Hi there…thanks for visiting my page! My name is Cynthia Toth “Cindy”, and I am a licensed Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty in Ohio. I also obtained the specialized designations of SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist due to my passion in working with the 50+ market.
