Under Contract! Congratulations to my buyer!!

This one was really fun! Spent the day showing homes and it was a family affair. I had the pleasure of meeting my buyer’s son, daughter-in-law, sister, and grandchildren along the way.
Watching everyone interact in each home was so special, but this one stood out. Seeing the family gathered around the kitchen laughing, teasing each other, and imagining life there together was one of those moments that reminds me what “home” really means.

Clear to close for my first-time home buyer! 🔑🏡

When we first connected, he had started the home search process on his own and quickly realized there was a lot more to navigating a purchase than he expected. We decided to meet for a casual coffee so I could walk him through the process, answer questions, and help him understand what to expect along the way.

By the end of that conversation, he said no one had ever explained real estate to him so thoroughly, and we got right to work finding the perfect place for him to call home.

From our first meeting to clear to close, this transaction was incredibly smooth, and I’m so grateful to have been part of such a huge milestone in his life. Excited to hand over the keys soon! 🎉

A few weeks ago, this buyer was under contract on a different home. That deal didn’t work out… but honestly, I think this one was meant to be.

While he was down in Florida buying his dream car, we were getting him under contract on his dream home back here in Ohio. 🏡

Sometimes the right home doesn’t shout… it just quietly stays with you 🤍

Our buyer had been searching for a while and had seen several homes. When he first walked through this one at an open house, it stood out. We scheduled a private tour so he could take a second look, and he really liked it… but like most buyers, he wanted to make sure (hello, a little FOMO).

So we kept looking.

We toured a few more, and one he knew instantly wasn’t the one… we didn’t even make it inside. But no matter where we went, he kept comparing everything back to this house. It just wouldn’t let go.

That’s when he knew.

With a recent price reduction and another open house scheduled for the weekend, timing mattered. We moved quickly and got him under contract Friday night… just before the Saturday open house.

Clear decision. Strong strategy. Winning outcome.

Huge shoutout to my teammate Kyle Peterson for the teamwork on this one. These are the moments where having the right people in your corner makes all the difference.
