Both are fueled by the knowledge that they've found their true passion - all things real estate. With over two decades of combined expertise in sales and marketing, Michael and Jennifer Norris bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others to their roles as Realtors on the EXP, Mancuso Homes Team. The dynamic duo commenced their careers in the automotive industry, both excelling in sales roles—Mike later progressing to the position of General Manager, while Jennifer assumed the role of Finance Director. Despite finding success in these positions, they harbored a mutual desire for more meaningful pursuits. Michael transitioned to the insurance sector, beginning as a recruiter and swiftly acquiring numerous financial licenses. His dedication and accomplishments led him to become a District Manager before venturing into entrepreneurship with the establishment of his own Insurance Agency, specializing in insurance for Real Estate investors, which continues to thrive in Strongsville after 15+ years. Meanwhile, Jennifer, armed with her Advertising Major background, found her niche at iHeartMedia as an Account Executive. Climbing the corporate ladder, she became a Digital Sales Director, guiding her Cleveland team to be recognized as the company’s Digital Market of the Year. Driven by a desire to give back, Jennifer dedicated over a decade to serving on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Marketing Association. Her passion for volunteerism led her to a role as Chief Marketing Officer for a local credit union, where her strategic rebranding and creative marketing initiatives contributed to the institution's rapid growth. In addition to their professional endeavors, the couple invested in community development by renovating residential properties. Together with a close friend and partner, they formed Flanor Properties, drawing on the high volume of referrals from their extensive network. However, life took an unexpected turn when Jennifer was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This health challenge prompted a period of reflection, during which Mike and Jenn realized their true calling had always been in real estate. Leveraging Mike's degree in Real Estate from Appalachian State University and Jennifer's background in interior design, the duo obtained their Ohio Real Estate licenses. They joined forces with the Mancuso’s, their good friends, as Realtors on the EXP, Mancuso Homes Team. Today, Michael and Jennifer Norris blend their decades of knowledge and true passions to serve clients and their community as real estate agents and a designer, embodying a commitment to excellence and genuine care for those they assist.
