A little bit about our team...Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Masters degree in Administration at Baldwin-Wallace College. He has taught fifth grade in the Berea City School District since 1994. Mark is a former Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach at Baldwin-Wallace College and more recently obtained his Charter Captain's license and enjoys fishing Lake Erie. Pam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at The University of Akron and a Masters degree in Business Administration/Systems Management at Baldwin-Wallace College. Pam held previous positions as the Activities Director and Alumni Liaison for Midpark and Berea High Schools in the Berea City School District. Pam has a tremendous amount of experience in communicating with and coordinating events for many different communities on the West side of Cleveland. Meghan Yee grew up on the west side of Cleveland in Bay Village and has resided in Middleburg Hts. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Ohio University. She worked in the biotech field as a Health and Safety Manager and consultant in her previous career. She is a volunteer chairperson for OutRun Ovarian Cancer and continues to consult for the Health and Safety Field. Originally from Parma, Jessica Zwyk moved to Valley City to build her dream home. As a past client of Pam’s, Jess knew that “The Simon Team’s knowledge, experience and core values were the perfect template on how to run a business.” Jess is an ally and member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. She is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and very passionate about women’s issues and mental health initiatives.
