My house sold on the first weekend with multiple offers that were challenging to convert to an accepted contract... but we did and at over asking. We closed 38 days after it was under contract with difficult buyers and a tight time table to make and it was achieved.

Tamara was so helpful to getting our search set up and being patient with our wide timeline. She took the time to understand us better and know what we look for in a home. She made us feel comfortable with saying certain houses weren’t for us and certain houses aligned with our style and preferences. She was extremely helpful through the closing process and explaining terms and procedures or us, which was supremely beneficial as first time home buyers. Highly recommend her services.
