Bathroom Etiquette at the Clubhouse

It has come to our attention that the clubhouse restrooms were not left in an acceptable condition sometime between Tuesday and Thursday of this week. We are asking all residents to help ensure that these facilities are used responsibly and kept clean, safe, and orderly for everyone.

Please note that the Association currently does not have staff dedicated to cleaning the clubhouse and pool area on a daily basis. These areas are cleaned only a few times each week in an effort to help keep HOA expenses and fees as low as possible.

Incidents involving improper use of the restrooms create additional challenges for maintaining these shared facilities and cannot continue. We respectfully ask that you speak with all members of your household, including children and guests, about treating the clubhouse amenities with care and respect.

The pool will be open (weather permitting) may 23, 2026 onward until September 7, 2026.

You must have a 2026 pool pass to enter the pool area.

New pool hours are:
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday through Sunday

If you have paid your HOA dues, you should have received your 2026 pool passes along with a letter outlining the pool guidelines. If you have not received your pool passes, please contact the management company 440-937-2800.

This was just posted by the Strongsville Police Department. We have had a lot of concerns from our development about the kids safety. Please make sure everyone is following the rules of the city.

🚨 E-Bike Safety Reminder 🚨
With the arrival of warmer weather, we’re seeing more E-bikes on our streets, sidewalks, and trails. We want to take this opportunity to educate the public about E-bike laws and safety. An ordinance passed last summer in Strongsville mandates that anyone under 18 must wear a helmet on a class 1 or class 2 E-bike.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents — please take a moment to review the graphic below. It’s important that children understand their responsibilities when operating an E-bike, including where they can ride and how to do so safely and legally.

✅ Helmet use is critical. We strongly encourage everyone, whether on a traditional bicycle or an E-bike, to always wear a helmet. It’s one of the simplest ways to stay protected while riding.
