Chef Marco brings a lifetime of refined Italian culinary artistry to the table, honed over more than 38 years in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens and dining rooms. A graduate of the esteemed Hotel School in Rome, Italy, Chef Rossi embarked on an international journey that took him through Europe's culinary capitals—Rome, London, and Paris—before crossing the Atlantic to make his mark in major American cities including New York, Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Dallas, Atlanta, Virginia, Palm Beach, Vail, and beyond.
We are eager to share Chef Marco’s menu; there is nothing like it in the area.
