Today, Phase 2 officially started going vertical and the excitement on site was incredible! Seeing these beautiful apartment homes begin to take shape was such a huge milestone for our team and future residents.

It’s been a busy and exciting week at The Villas at Bakers Ridge — and we’ve been so busy having fun that we definitely didn’t take nearly enough photos! From resident cookouts and bloom bars to donuts and coffee mornings, attending senior fairs, donating baskets, and supporting local fundraisers, it’s been nonstop in the best way possible.

This neighborhood is truly something special, and we are so honored to do all that we can for not only our residents, but the greater community as a whole. The energy, friendships, and support here continue to make The Villas at Bakers Ridge such an incredible place to call home.

The amount of tours we’ve had this past week has also been amazing! Phase 2 is leasing quickly because this truly is THE place to be — elevated,maintenance-free living with an active lifestyle, beautiful apartment homes, and a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere unlike anywhere else.

The residents have planned a Memorial Day gathering for Monday and all residents of The Villas at Bakers Ridge are invited! 🇺🇸

They’re planning for yummy food, corn hole, and lots of fun with neighbors and friends! Stop up and enjoy the afternoon with us in the clubhouse from 1:00p.m.–2:00p.m. — although let’s be honest… the party is guaranteed to go beyond 2:00p.m. 😉

One of the best parts of our neighborhood is seeing residents come together like this. We can’t wait to celebrate Memorial Day with everyone! ❤️🤍💙
