We’re celebrating all things fall and are currently seeking talented crafters, artisans, makers, and local vendors to participate in this exciting community event.

☀️ What a perfect day for an outdoor Sculpt Class! 💪🌿

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful weather, getting in a great workout, and spending time together as a community. The fun didn’t stop after class—with raffles, delicious treats, refreshing drinks, and lots of laughter, it was truly a wonderful afternoon!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and joined us. Events like these are what make our community so special, and we loved seeing both familiar faces and new friends. We can’t wait to do it again!

Perfect weather, a delicious cookout, live music featuring a Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tribute, residents, their friends and families, and even future neighbors who will soon be moving into Phase 2 — it truly was the perfect Saturday!

Watching everyone laugh, connect, and enjoy themselves reminded me exactly why I love what I do. The residents were so happy, the energy was incredible, and it was wonderful seeing current residents welcome those who will soon call our community home.

Days like today are about so much more than great food and entertainment. They’re about building friendships, creating memories, and fostering the sense of community that makes The Villas at Bakers Ridge such a special place to live.

My heart is full. Thankful for our amazing residents, their families, our future residents, and the opportunity to be part of moments like these. ❤️🏡☀️

This past Friday afternoon, a group of our residents gathered in the clubhouse for a fun afternoon of creativity, laughter, and time spent together with neighbors! 🎨🪨

Our retired residents enjoyed making pet rocks — sharing stories, laughs, and enjoying a few hours together as a community. It’s moments like these that truly make a neighborhood feel like home.

At BTR Haus, we work hard to create activities and events throughout the month that fit everyone’s schedules and lifestyles — from residents who are retired and enjoying slower days, to those still balancing busy work schedules.
