23 years ago my parents moved into what my Mom called her "dream home" with a wrap around porch. As a family, we've shared so many wonderful memories here- from bridal showers and holidays to the grand babies taking their first steps. They were blessed to have incredible neighbors who became family.
As life changes, the need for my parents to downsize became a necessity.
I had the honor and privilege of representing my Mom & Dad in the purchase of their new home here in PA. The transition from their old home to their new home was bittersweet & full of emotions. No matter where life has taken me, "home" has always been their house. Although I am so happy to have my parents close by to help them, seeing the furniture gone and boxes packed hit me harder than I thought.
The road to closing on their new home seemed to take forever yet went by so fast.
