One of the youngest first-time buyers I’ve had the pleasure of representing in the home buying process.

When we first started looking, we both knew the budget was going to make things challenging in this market. I told him upfront that finding something move-in ready in his price range probably wasn’t going to be easy. But I also told him I’d help him find the right place.

Every time something came on the market in his budget, we moved quickly to go see it. There were definitely some bumps along the way and moments where it felt frustrating, but he stayed patient and kept trusting the process.

Watching someone go from renting to owning, especially at a young age, is always special to be part of. Really proud of this buyer and grateful he trusted me to help guide him through it all.
