It’s been a busy winter here at JV Property Services! Powering through the winter months, while anxiously awaiting the arrival of Spring!

Special Notation:

It appears a significant winter storm is on the horizon for late this weekend into early next week. This storm is anticipated to be a long duration event with excessive accumulating totals. With that said we would like to highlight a few points.

Commercial Clients:
* We will be reaching out to you individually before the event to discuss our approach and discuss parking plans, snow placement, your hours of operation during the event, etc.

Residential Clients
* Unless an emergency situation dictates, most residential clients will be handled after the storm concludes in an entirety. Please be patient as heavier snow totals will slow our response time. For totals exceeding 12”, rates will be 1.5x to 2x normal rate depending upon how much snow we receive.

Please note at this time we are not signing any contracts for new regular commercial or residential clients. After our normal routes are concluded, we will advertise one off for hire services for anyone who finds themselves in need.
