Always a great pleasure when I can reflect a good name. Being the highest offer is not the only way to have your offer seen. In fact we were not the highest offer out of five offers, but I feel it no matter the circumstance that its equally just as important to build a great relationship with all agents, title company, lenders and most importantly clients. Those relationships are important to nurture and respect you get a lot more done with kindness!

So what’s the local market been doing. We have been hearing so much about a shift in the housing market due to increase in interest rates and increase in inventory, and although both are true we have also noticed an increase in Median Sale Price for both Palm Beach and St Lucie counties while Martin County had a slight drop.
