So what’s really gonna save you money?
Many places to start but these are 4 rules I stick by when considering buying a home.
1) Knowing what is a real must on your wish list is imperative. Including if a pool is a must, it has an updated kitchen or bath or sitting on a quiet street. Those items can have a big impact of your wallet down the road.
2) Did you know hiring an agent as a buyer cost nothing $0000 for you? That’s right our experience, knowledge and code of ethics making sure it your deal done correctly keeping you out of hot water costs nothing to you, the seller pays all real estate agent fees.
3)Skipping a home inspection even when paying cash is always a bad idea. Those home inspections can save you thousands revealing major property issues.
4)Shop your lenders. Choosing the cheapest interest rate is only half of it. When choosing a lender it’s important to look at all the factors, a good tract record of getting loans to closing is a huge component. Choosing the right product that will fit your financial goals now and in the future not just focusing on the interest rate can save you big bucks in the long run.
