There’s something special about living in Stuart, Florida that’s hard to explain unless you experience it.

During the week it’s business as usual… but come Friday afternoon, the whole vibe changes. Boats start heading out, the marina comes alive, and everyone’s making plans for the water.

Weekends here mean cruising the St. Lucie River, heading out the inlet, anchoring up with friends, fishing, or just watching the sunset from the boat with a cold drink in hand. It’s a lifestyle that reminds you why we all work so hard during the week.

For me, some of the best moments are the simple ones — taking the boat out, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying everything this incredible waterfront town has to offer.

Stuart isn’t just a place to live… it’s a boating lifestyle.

🌊 Ever seen “steam” coming off the ocean in Florida?

Don’t worry — the water isn’t boiling 😄

What you’re seeing is actually a natural phenomenon called sea smoke (or steam fog).

It happens when the ocean stays warm, and a cold front brings in chilly morning air. The warm water evaporates, then condenses right away — creating that beautiful mist rising off the surface.

✅ Totally harmless
🌬️ Most common on cold, calm mornings
🚤 Only real concern is slightly reduced visibility for boaters

Florida never stops amazing me with these little coastal surprises!
