Mamas, run to Walmart… NOW! 🏃🏻‍♀️🚨

The Walmart kids’ toy clearance is SO GOOD right now! There are yellow clearance tags everywhere… aisle after aisle, with toys for kids of all ages.

I ended up finding so many good deals that I’m officially DONE Christmas shopping for my son… and it’s only August. 😂🎄

And of course I called my mom and told her to check her local Walmart too! And we even went to a different local Walmart to see what they had. 🤣

When you find a good deal, you tell the other mamas!

Go check the toy section and see what is on clearance at your local Walmart before all the good stuff is gone!

A little behind the scenes of filming for Living In Hobe Sound | Hobe Sound Florida today. 🎥☀️

Jaime and I spent the day exploring Stuart, one of Hobe Sound’s neighboring cities, while filming our next video for Living in Hobe Sound. Days like this are such a fun reminder of why we love creating local content.

We toured a brand-new construction home with no HOA, stopped by one of my family’s favorite spots, Sandsprit Park, and grabbed coffee from Gilbert’s Coffee Bar along the way.

Our goal is to show you more than just homes. We want to help you experience what it’s really like to live in Stuart, Hobe Sound, and the surrounding areas. From neighborhoods and new construction to local coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and the places we love spending time.

I think this might be my favorite single-story new construction home in Stuart, Florida right now. 🏡

K. Hovnanian is building in one of my favorite communities surrounded by preserve and I just love this single-story floor plan.

It has the open layout buyers are looking for, plenty of space to spread out, and my favorite part that they call the HovHall (a bigger mud space that you can use for toys or a little office).

There are only TWO of these models left. TWO LEFT.
