The sizzling battle starts with six amateur chefs and a surprise pantry of ingredients commonly found in House of Hope’s Client Choice pantries and nutrition gardens. The competitors will have 45 minutes to transform those ingredients into a decadent dish proving their culinary skills are worthy of the coveted distinction as Top Chef! A uniquely selected panel of local notables and professional chefs will then critique the crafted cuisine.
Guests will enjoy gourmet tasting stations from area restaurants, two free drink tickets, music, raffles and more.

First was competing with multiple offers, then there were inspection issues, and finally the APPRAISAL which came in $64,000 short! We knew this was way too low. I worked with my preferred local lender and received approval for a second appraisal. After hours of preparing comps and documents supporting the sale price, the second appraisal came in at contract price 🙌🏻
