Some closings just hit different! 🥂🏡

Today started with a brutal but FUN “Closing Day Leg Day” created by our amazing trainer Jeannea in honor of Nina’s big day!

Apparently, Jeannea thought the best way to celebrate was to make sure neither of us could walk into the closing! 😂💪

From the gym to the closing table!

This one was MONTHS in the making! Lots of research, analyzing properties, and running numbers to find the right home for a unique housing investment project. It wasn’t just about finding a house, but making sure the investment made financial sense!

SO proud of my fellow workout partner Nina as she enters this exciting new chapter of real estate investing!

Something tells me this is just the first of many! 🥂❤️🏡
