heir goals. Along with being a REALTOR® I have a BA from Grand Valley State University in education where I was able to nurture dreams to fruition with my students, parents, and staff. I have been involved in real estate since 1982, purchasing my first home. Subsequently, I have purchased and sold many properties since that time. Upon relocating to Denver in 2013; I realized what a beautiful area Lake Norman is and want to share it with everyone. I am passionate about being near Lake Norman and all of the amenities that this area has to offer, making Denver an easy fit for me and my husband, Ken. We have been married since 1982 and have three adult children who love to visit the area. We love Lake Norman and take our boat out to enjoy the lake as much as possible. With my combined life experiences and passion for customer service and satisfaction, I am able to help my clients address their dreams.

Let’s learn more about the information on your 2022 TRIM Notice!

On Page 1 of your TRIM Notice you will find in the first table the Taxing Authorities that collect for your property. The leftmost column shows the various taxing authorities that your taxes are funding, such as public schools and water management.
Depending on where you live in the county will determine which taxing authorities are listed. As an example, if you live in Port Saint Lucie, you will not see Fort Pierce municipality in this section.

If you have any questions or concerns with the proposed taxes presented on Page 1, please contact the appropriate taxing authority via the contact information in the public hearing section.
