Jason Aldean now owns a $10.2 million oceanfront mansion in Martin County, Florida with his biggest real estate move yet…

Country star Jason Aldean purchased a $10.2 million mansion on Hutchinson Island, Martin County, Florida, in late 2023.

Records show the 7,317-sq-ft home has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a dune crossover, pool, and direct private beach access.

The purchase was made through W Real Estate Trust, the same entity used for his earlier Florida property.

Aldean, originally from Georgia, has said Florida is his “happy place,” making the waterfront estate a long-term retreat.

It underscores a growing trend of celebrities choosing Florida’s coasts for privacy and luxury.

🚨 Mortgage rates just had their biggest 1-day drop in over a year.
📉 Down 16 bps to 6.29% — the lowest in 12+ months.

👉 Context matters:
•50-yr avg 30-yr fixed = 7.71%
•Today: 5M home shortage

Oh, and Warren Buffett? Just put $800M into Lennar + $1B into DR Horton. 🧐

Here’s the truth ⬇️
If you’re waiting for 5% rates… so is everyone else. When that happens:
⚡ Millions of buyers flood in
⚡ Competition skyrockets
⚡ Prices + Speed of Sales go 🆙
⚡ Fewer seller concessions

You can refinance later.
You can’t rewind and buy at today’s prices. 🤷🏻‍♀️
