He is presently the managing broker for the Sewall’s Point and Port St. Lucie offices. In the late 90’s, Dave started his real estate career with one of the country’s largest franchised brokerages where he was named Rookie of the Year after only five months in the business. A few years later, he founded Water Pointe Realty Group, an independent real estate brokerage. Over the years, Water Pointe has grown with offices in Martin, St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Counties. They have established a prominence built on trustworthiness, client satisfaction, and a commitment to going above and beyond! Dave firmly believes that a good reputation is a person's greatest asset. In 2006, he was named Realtor of the Year by the Realtor Association of Martin County. He served as their president the following year. In 2011, Dave was presented with the Distinguished Service Award by the Realtor Association of Martin County for his contributions to the organization as well as the community. Dave is extremely active in the community. In the past, he has served as a board member for The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast, Stuart Mainstreet, Business Development Board of Martin County and the Kiwanis Club of Stuart. Dave is a proud graduate of LEADERship Martin County, Class 16. Currently, he serves as a board member for the St. Joseph Catholic School advisory committee as well as a board member for LEADERship Martin County Alumni. His extensive involvement in the local business arena has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and a vast network of valuable contacts. Dave realizes that success is attributed to relationships, and strives to share these valuable connections with his clients.During his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family. Many evenings, you can find him coaching the youth of Martin County. He is active in baseball with the Martin County North Little League. Originally a native of upstate New York, Dave truly appreciates what a paradise Martin County is. He now resides in Stuart with his wife Stacey and their three teenage children.
