Listing a home is not the same as marketing it. 🏡

Anyone can put a sign in the yard and wait. Prospecting is different. It means putting the thinking cap on before the first showing - who is the right buyer for this exact home, and where do I find them.

A waterfront property does not sell the same way as a family home near the schools. The buyer is different, the motivation is different, and the way you reach them has to be different too. That is the part of the job that happens before anyone ever walks through the door.
