💙 A Special Congratulations 💙
Today marks an exciting new chapter for our Stuart office as we officially congratulate Jarrett Ruderman on stepping into his new leadership role. Those who know Jarrett know his passion for helping agents grow, his commitment to coaching and mentorship, and his genuine desire to see others succeed. It is a role he has earned through hard work, dedication, and a true love for this industry.
While we're incredibly excited for Jarrett, this moment is also a reminder of how grateful we are for Steve Weinraub and everything he has done for our office over the years. Steve's leadership, support, and unwavering belief in our people helped shape the culture we enjoy today. Many of us have learned from him, leaned on him, and benefited from his guidance more times than we can count.
The truth is, great leadership isn't just about one person. It's about building something strong enough to be passed on.
Steve helped build that foundation.
Jarrett is ready to carry it forward.
