🙏❤️ A Walk, A Prayer, and A Reminder ❤️🙏

This week, I participated in a prayer and fitness challenge through the church . The assignment was a 15-minute walk while praying for others. Well... we ended up walking for 30 minutes. 😊

As we walked, we prayed for our marriage, our family, our neighbors, and our community. There is something so peaceful about combining movement, prayer, and reflection. Sometimes the best conversations happen not in a meeting room, but during a quiet walk with God.

One of my favorite Bible verses is:

"Be still, and know that I am God."
— Psalm 46:10

In a world that is constantly moving, constantly demanding more of our attention, this verse reminds me to pause, trust, and remember who is truly in control.

Today, I encourage you to take a few moments for yourself. Go for a walk. Say a prayer. Check on a neighbor. Reflect on your blessings. Sometimes the simplest acts have the greatest impact.
