s active in the annual Studio City Winter Festival, held in the Studio City Recreation Center aka Beeman Park, and is instrumental in the installation and maintenance of Studio City’s beautification efforts. As a real estate agent, Bryan feels it is important to stay up to date on legislation concerning Studio City. He is knowledgeable with the contents of the Studio City RFA, an ordinance which prevents “mansionization” by limiting the ratio of square footage to lot size permitted on Studio City properties. His expertise on Studio City RFA helps his clients to understand what may or may not be possible to build on a given property. With two children that attended Carpenter Community Charter Elementary School, Bryan knows first hand the value of excellent public schools. Bryan has consistently supported the school as a parent volunteer and a community/business sponsor. Bryan was awarded by Carpenter Community Charter as the 2011 Community Honoree.
