Sellers👉 The most misleading thing about equity is how much equity do you really have after cost! Typically 6.5% to 7.5% of the sales price for all Seller closing cost. The image has a rough breakdown. All fees and cost are subject to negotiations.

Buyers 👉 The most common mistake is not saving enough for your closing cost! Typically 2% to 3% of the sales price for all buyers closing cost. Plus your down payment. All fees and cost can vary on loan type and lender.

Best advice is to talk to me and a lender before making any huge plans on moving. Let's run the numbers and figure out what is best for you and your family.
