This is complemented by a rare background in economic development and international affairs. Testifying to this, Peter previou
sly served as Director of Economic Development for the German Consulate General in Los Angeles, logging valuable experience in banking and finance to German companies establishing American business relationships. Peter launched his commercial real estate career in 1999 as an Associate at Beitler Commercial Real Estate Services in the San Fernando Valley community of Sherman Oaks, where he promptly earned the prestigious “Rookie of the Year” designation. Continued outstanding performance elevated Peter to among the company’s top four producers, securing him the title of Senior Vice President. In 2006 he joined Lee & Associates, also in Sherman Oaks, again becoming a top producer and gaining him Principal status. In 2009, Peter was named a Partner of Delphi Business Properties, Inc. It was at this stage of his career when Peter and two of his former colleagues saw a void in the commercial real estate market, leading to their founding in 2014 of Hudson Commercial Partners, Inc. With offices in Studio City and Beverly Hills, Hudson Partners is distinguished by a powerful team approach featuring principals with unique skill sets and expertise aimed at maximizing results for clients including buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers. Hudson Partners addresses these needs with a broker lineup combining primarily seasoned top producers with 15 years’ experience or more. This team is enhanced by its focused knowledge on the vibrant San Fernando and Santa Clarita submarkets. Born in Germany, Peter immigrated to the United States in 1985, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. He and his wife, Sarah, who practices corporate finance law at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, reside in Playa Vista. They have two children, daughter Chase, 19, and son Tristan, 11. Peter actively gives back to his community. He and his family volunteer at LA Works.
