When we decided to sell our house in Woodland Hills after living in it for 16 years, we interviewed five real estate agents who specialized in our area. Although we liked all of them, we knew that Armen was going to be THE one. He had a clear vision of how he would market our house to bring us the highest price. Armen speaks multi-languages which became very helpful later on since he was able to communicate with different buyers in their language.
