When we decided to sell our house in Woodland Hills after living in it for 16 years, we interviewed five real estate agents who specialized in our area. Although we liked all of them, we knew that Armen was going to be THE one. He had a clear vision of how he would market our house to bring us the highest price. He had a plan to advertise our house to our neighborhood and community, as well as a much larger scale, online globally. Armen speaks multi-languages which became very helpful later on since he was able to communicate with different buyers in their language. He was well networked with local lenders and was able to get the pre-qualification letters immediately for each offer we received. The bottom line is, he sold our house for more than what we listed it for. The escrow closed 30 days after we accepted the highest offer, and he followed up with us daily on every detail until the day escrow closed. He is very thorough, firm, and consistent to get the best results for sellers like us. We probably called Armen at least 50 to 75 times with questions during the entire selling process, and he personally answered his phone every single time with the exception of twice, and then he called back within five minutes. That is called SERVICE! Also, his company recommended a super knowledgeable real estate agent for the area we were moving to 100 miles away, and that entire transaction went just as smoothly.
