"One year ago I decided that I was going to sell my house, rent a property and take advantage of the market. I was only going to do this if the right situation presented itself. I contacted Priya Dua on a whim after looking at a rental property on zillow. I told her I wasn't really sure if I wanted to sell and I'd have to find somewhere to move to first. I expected her to show me the one rental and move on, but she didn't. She showed me rental after rental for 6 months!!! I kept apologizing and knew that she was working tirelessly to find me exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and never complained once or got irritated with my extra ordinary demands.
After 6 months I found the perfect fit for my daughter and I. It was a property in high demand and we were going up against 9 other applicants. Priya gave me tips and pointers and suggested I write a letter to the landlord. It was because of this letter that we got the house. Without Priya, I'd still be looking.
After moving, I now turned to Priya to sell my house. This was my first sale and I had no idea all that went into it. Priya again, was patient with me and guided me thru the process. The house was in the market for only 3 weeks before we got an offer. We were only $500 off of the appraised price! Talk about being exact! We had some complications, termites, water damage and I was so busy at work that Imleaned heavily on Priya to take care of everything. She wasn't only acting as my real estate agent, but almost as a contractor the way she dealt with everyone that needed to work on my home.
We closed last week, I got a check from escrow immediately and we are happy as can be in our new home. Priya is the most amazing, trustworthy, professional real estate agent I've ever met. I don't know how she does it, but if you are lucky enough to be able to get her as your agent, you will not be disappointed.
