Realtor, Ben Vorspan

Realtor, Ben Vorspan Creatively serving Buyers, Sellers and Leases in the San Fernando Valley. CalBRE # 01927995 That’s right! It’s actually pretty simple.

I am one of the most creative and innovative up-and-coming real estate agents serving Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Van Nuys, Tarzana and the greater San Fernando Valley area (you can quote me on that!). Many of you have known me for my decade+ working with non-profit organizations and small businesses building websites and improving their online marketing. Over that time, through hard work,

an attitude that the customer always comes first, and a belief that you should give more effort than your clients pay for, I built up a very satisfied clientele that I continue to work with. You can learn more about all I’ve done with website design at www.inspiredonline.com. In 2013, I made the very natural transition into real estate sales by earning my real estate license, joining the California Association of Realtors, and training with some excellent Realtor/Mentors at Rodeo Realty in Studio City

Why was it a “natural transition”? Real Estate sales is marketing, with a focus on the realtor and the properties. What I’ve been doing with website design since the late 90′s is also marketing, just with a different focus. I come into this field far more qualified than most rookie real estate agents, since I already have a very strong background in general marketing, graphic design, website creation, online advertising and creating brochures, flyers and print ads. The campaign that I launch to market your property will make better use of digital media than most veteran agents, and my non-digital-media (ie. paper flyers and postcards) are custom-designed every time, so they stand out among the rest! If you’re looking for a bright and innovative real estate agent to sell your home in Encino, Sherman Oaks, or pretty much anywhere in Los Angeles, contact me!
