So it's been a while since I've updated this page and I'll apologize for the group now. But we have been very busy thanks to a great builder and realtor crew since my last update. Phase I is basically sold out with I think maybe 1-2 lots still available. We have sold about a dozen lots in Phase II with probably 6-10 new homes being constructed as of this writing. Our primary realtors Bill Phillips & Krysti Schulz continue to handle most of the transactions and houses. Our builders - Doug Fi**en w/ D&T Ventures, Mike Swenson w/ DAZ Construction, and Steven Fi**en w/ STECOR Initiatives continue to build high quality homes at unbeatable value. We welcome outside lot buyers and have a much more diverse lot offering in Phase II vs. Phase I. Thanks to all of you for your help and interest in Dolan Creek Estates.

Dolan Creek Estates is located at the northwest corner of Dolan Creek Road and Pine Glenn Drive. We have approximately 17 Phase I lots still available and have 10-15 homes completed or currently under construction for you to choose from.

There is an additional beautiful wooded lots, Tract B2, located on the southwest corner of the development listed with David Wilson that would make a great estate lot.

The Dolan Creek Estates project has been progressing very well. We finished construction on the Phase I lots in December of 2015. We now have approximately 15 families that call Dolan Creek Estates home. There are an additional 10-15 high quality homes currently being constructed and available for you to choose from.

Our builders have a combined 75+ years of experience behind them. They are D&T Ventures (Doug Fi**en), Stecor Initiatives (Steven Fi**en), and DAZ Construction Inc. (Mike Swenson). You can also pick your lot and bring your own builder as well.
