🏡 First-time homebuyers in South Dakota!
South Dakota is launching a program called Give Me Five on November 2.
If you're a first-time buyer who meets the income requirements, you could qualify for 5% of the purchase price toward your down payment on a home priced at $410,000 or less.
South Dakota Housing provides the money as a second mortgage with no monthly payment. If you live in the home for five years, the loan is forgiven. 🙌
🏡 $300,000 home in Rapid City: $15,000 toward your down payment.
That's potentially a pretty big help if saving for a down payment has been what's holding you back!
A couple of things to know: the program is limited-time, has income and eligibility requirements, and is only available through participating lenders.
