Liz Clement, Real Estate Center of Sturgis Since 2007 I have been offering residential real estate services to the Black Hills area, helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

I have been blessed to be working in the real estate industry since 2007 in the Black Hills of SD. I have called the Northern Hills home for the majority of my life and wouldn't have wanted it any other way. My family found their way here after hopping around from state to state for several years, but finally placed their roots in 1992. For this, I will be eternally grateful. The Hills have been t

he most wonderful place to call home. I find my peace being outside, enjoying all our Hills have to offer year-round; whether it be paddle boarding and cliff jumping at Sylvan Lake in the summer, hiking the abundance of trails and hitting our favorite swimming holes lined with milkweed and butterfflies, or shredding the gnar on Terry Peak in the winter. My husband (of 18 years) Luke and I have 4 wild little ones who continue to become less and less little each day. They are the absolute best adventure and teachers of my life. Since 2007, I have had the priviledge helping families attain their dream through real estate, working diligently to find them a place to call home for that particular phase of their life. The people I have had the opportunity to meet through this business are top notch humans and I cannot believe that my work has expanded my circle so greatly. With each phase comes different needs and over the years I get to help these same wonderful people into their next chapter. I have had a chance to work through both market ups and market downs. I feel the downturns have been educators and helped me better serve my clients over the years to guide them in making smart, calculated moves; thereby building wealth through owning properties. I have been blessed to learn from some of the best in the business over the years. I pride myself in upholding the ethics I was taught by those who have been serving the Black Hills for decades and will always be grateful; carrying their lessons with me in every transaction. Over the years I have also had an opportunity to be hands on in the construction of several of our personal homes, by acting as general contractor. I have a great passion for the building process and have had several opportunities to work with our local builders and guide clients through the building process. These relationships have built homes for clients who couldnt find what they were looking for-so we worked together to create it. I am excited to begin a new chapter in our community with the Real Estate Center of Sturgis, coming alongside great Realtors who have been nothing short of amazing on the "other" side of a transaction. I can only hope it is even better aligning with them for the future.

Join us this Saturday at 10am for Elf to kick off the "Season of Giving"! Admission is FREE - with a suggested donation to Artemis House. (Artemis House current needs include toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body soaps and lotions!)

Doors open at 9:30, so come hang out with Santa, Buddy the Elf and Jovie before the movie!

OK folks here it is!
In addition to all the great support from the people in the area, we have also had many businesses reach out to us asking how to partner with us.
On Veterans Day Nov 11 th we have partnered with Rockstarz concrete design to have a special showing of the move We were Soldiers. Because of our partnership this is a FREE MOVIE for the following people... if you are a veteran, if you are married to a veteran, if you know a veteran or if you want to show your support to a veteran then this movie is free for you! Yes, free to everyone to honor our veterans.
Our last free movie had a great turn out so we have cleared out two screens to show the movie. Please come early to make sure you get a seat in one of the two rooms. You can go to our Northern Hills cinema websight to check movie times. ( see how cleverly we drove traffic to our website 😁) well it's not actually on the website yet because this post is the big announcement but it will be up there soon. 6:45 pm is the time for the movie. Please come early as we only have the two theaters for the free movie so when they are full they are full.

Galena, South Dakota was the first silver mining town settled in the Black Hills. Mining continued here for decades, but like many mining towns it became a ghost town after the mines closed.
