Hello my name is Les Cirelli; I'm a real estate owner/broker for Progressive Realty Group in Succasunna, NJ. Arlington and now reside in Lake Hopatcong. I have been involved in school programs, town recreations, the Elks organization and other volunteer events in the area for the last 30 years. ABOUT ME:

Originally licensed in 1986, he worked for Circus Real Estate in Clifton. In 1997 transferred to Weichert Realtors in Landing, NJ. Earned a brokers license in 1999 and managed his first office for Weichert Realtors in Jefferson, NJ 1999-2001. Mad a move to manage RE/MAX First Choice office in Roxbury, NJ in 2001. In early 2002, he bought his first of three offices. Owned and was the broker of record for RE/MAX Elite Services in Byram, Hackettstown and Denville from 2002-2006. Sold his ownership rights and in 2006 and stayed on as Broker of Record for the company. In October 2012, he partnered up with Ernest Williams III and John Oestreich to form Highmark Real Estate. Highmark Real Estate is an independent “boutique” office.

“I realized that 95% of my business was coming from past clients and referrals.” There was no need to have the franchise brand name, with all their fees and policies. We just felt…it was the right time!
