Fifty-six years ago, my father pulled a building permit and built this Holliston home. I've included a copy of that original permit, complete with his company name.
Growing up, I watched my father build commercial properties, develop neighborhoods, and build every home our family lived in. He built this home as well as all of the Queen's neighborhood in Holliston, helping create a community that families have enjoyed for generations.
Last weekend, my buyers and I put this very same property under contract.
There is something special about helping clients purchase a home that was built by someone who played such a significant role in both my life and the community. It's a true full-circle moment for me, and an exciting milestone for my buyers as they move one step closer to purchasing their first home.
