This video is almost 10 minutes, but there is a lot of great information. If you are looking to sell your home, holding offers until Tuesday may not benefit you. If you get a great offer right away, accept it on Sunday because the buyer may not qualify for the loan if the rates go up significantly on Tuesday.

Yes, homes are selling over $100,000 over listing. I have even heard of offers $300,000 over listing and the buyer DID NOT get the home. Buyers can buy, they just need to understand the market.
