Mike Hunter the House Hunter

Mike Hunter the House Hunter Mike Hunter, friendly, approachable and an expert on Metrowest Boston real estate. My clients experience a confidence and simple results driven transaction.

I've been a real estate agent in Sudbury since 2003 and I truly love what I do. Real estate has long been my passion and my work ties together many of my longstanding interests including architecture, landscape design, community design and planning, home renovation, and local history/historic preservation. From a long line of New Englanders, I find that introducing people to all that our region of

fers is a real pleasure. Aside from a few times when opportunity called me to move to another state, I’ve lived in or within 50 miles of the Boston area all my life. Nothing beats living in our region … there’s always plenty to do and plenty to see. Of course there are the many great professional and amateur sports teams (GO BRUINS!), libraries with wonderful collections and lectures, every imaginable type of music concert, theaters and comedy clubs, world-class museums and a mind-boggling array of restaurants and night clubs. If you’re relocating and are new to our area you can count on me to fill you in on what’s happening in Metro west. When thinking about a move to Sudbury, buyers often decide to expand their search to neighboring towns. My core market includes Sudbury, Acton, Concord, Wayland, Marlborough and Framingham. Additionally I frequently work with buyers in neighboring towns such as Hopkinton, Weston, Lincoln, Northborough, and Southborough or beyond. And if your search is outside of my territory you can be confident that I will connect you with the very best agent to help you with your search. Whether you’ve lived in your house since you were a wink in your mother’s eye or you bought just a few years ago you can be sure that you will be my number one priority – I treat every customer the way I would want to be treated or more importantly the way I would want my mother, my father or my sister and brothers to be treated. Your concerns become mine and I always do what I say I’m going to do. When thinking about a move out of Sudbury or staying put and just right-sizing/downsizing, I will work with you all the way from the early planning stages to the final closing. A thousand things will be going through your mind, such as what you need to do to get ready to sell; what is the market doing in our area; what’s the value of your home today… just to name a few. Whatever your questions, I would be happy to meet with you to share my experience and knowledge about the current market, how we can present your property in its best light, and strategize with you to get the very best price for your home in the shortest amount of time. Or if you’re just looking for a referral of a reputable contractor or advice on the return on investment of planned home improvements, feel free to give me a call. When I began my career as a real estate agent I carefully chose the office in which I wanted to work, it had to have great technology, an outstanding working environment, and a very talented group of colleagues. The agents in my office are a remarkably successful, experienced, dynamic group. Many of the agents have been at our office since it came to town and there is very little turnover. Our office hums with activity seven days a week. We are a results driven agency and pride ourselves on offering the very best service to buyers and to sellers. We are technologically advanced and our systems are designed to make yours a great experience, not just so that layers of executives can make lots of reports for their bosses. We’ve also given much back to the communities in which we live. We are your neighborhood experts. Our office staff includes full-time reception coverage. A person will actually answer the phone when you or a potential buyer calls our office. Our marketing staff produces the very best in real marketing & promotions for our sellers, they are doing way more than the rest of the marketplace. Our experienced administrative staff ensures that the hundreds of details that your real estate transaction entails will be handled efficiently and correctly.

Thinking about starting a veggie garden this year? 🌱
It’s not too late! These trays are a few weeks old, but there’s still time to start plenty of seeds indoors.

🥬 Left: Pak Choi (Bok Choy) — a cool-weather favorite with tender, mild leaves and crisp, juicy stems.
🌿 Right: Scallions — fresh, mild, and packed with vitamins K, A, and folate. Think a little sweeter than green onions, a little lighter than shallots.

What are you planting first this season? 🌞

A property's weaknesses, disadvantages, or poor-pricing can be itemized without defining the owner. Home inspections are challenging these days and my personal experience is that no house is ever perfect. That's reality. A good strategy is to anticipate this and build a buffer into your asking price. call or text to learn more. 978-580-1069 mass estate broker

When buyers make an offer, take it as a sign they see something special in your home. After all, they want to make it theirs. An offer, even if lower than expected, means opportunity—the chance to move forward when yesterday you couldn’t. Markets always shift, and buyers often recognize those changes before sellers do.

Since every situation is personal, how you handle that offer matters. That’s where a positive outlook and a skilled agent truly shine. Call Mike Hunter, friendly, approachable, and an expert on metrowest boston real estate.
